Copyright
All designs, artwork, and images created by Vows and Visions are our intellectual property. These cannot be used, copied, or reproduced in any form without our express written consent.

Publication
If you share our work online, please ensure Vows and Visions is credited. We may use images of your designs for promotional purposes on our website and social media, but we will obscure any personal details and event dates if shared before your event. If you have any concerns about this, let us know in advance.

Payment
Custom Design Services: A 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance must be paid before printing begins and materials are released.
Delivery Within Australia

 

All orders are sent from Sydney via Australia Post with a tracking number supplied. Delivery timeframes are between 2 to 8 days for standard delivery and 1-4 business days for express delivery. You can find more precise times for your location on the Australia Post website.

Invitations & On-The-Day Stationery
Regular Shipping: Flat Rate $15.00
Express Post: Flat Rate $18.00

Large Format Signage (A1 and A2 Signs)
Regular Shipping: Flat Rate $35
Express Post: Flat Rate $50

Timeframes
Check our process for expected timeframes. Initial proofs are provided within 5 business days of receiving your completed form. Additional revisions may affect turnaround times. Final print times are:
Digital Printing: 10 Business Days + Shipping

Letterpress or Foil Printing: 15 to 20 Business Days + Shipping
Delays in feedback or approvals may impact these timelines.

Artwork Proofing
Carefully review all proofs for accuracy, including design, spelling, and layout. Notify us of any changes promptly. Once approved, Vows and Visions is not responsible for errors. Corrections may incur a fee if not yet in production. Errors after production will be at the client’s expense.

Colour Variations
Screen proofs (RGB) may differ from final prints (CMYK). Variations can also occur between different printers and media. Vows and Visions is not responsible for these differences.

Refunds
Refunds are based on the order stage:

Before Artwork Approval: As you have only paid a 50% deposit, no refund will be issued.
After Approval or Production Has Begun: Cancellations and returns are not accepted.

Loss or Damage
Once dispatched, Vows and Visions is not liable for damage or loss during transit. We package orders with care and provide tracking numbers. Report any issues within 5 business days; otherwise, orders are deemed accepted. We are not responsible for lost invitation envelopes once mailed.

International Orders
For international shipments, clients are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Vows and Visions is not liable for these costs or any shipment delays caused by customs. Refunds will not be issued for delays. All invoices are in AUD, and full payment is required before dispatch.
