Change of Mind
As our services are bespoke, our change of mind and cancellation policy varies based on the stage of your order. Here’s our policy:
Before Artwork Approval: As you have only paid a 50% deposit, no refund will be issued.
After Approval or Production Has Begun: Cancellations and returns are not accepted.
Design Errors
Clients must review and approve all artwork proofs carefully. This includes checking design elements, spelling, dates, contact details, layout, grammar, illustrations, and images. If you require changes, please notify us promptly. Once approved, Vows and Visions is not responsible for design errors. Corrections may be made for a fee if your order is not yet in production. Any errors discovered during production or after receipt will incur reprint costs at the client’s expense.
Colour Variations
Please note that refunds and returns are not available for printed orders due to colour discrepancies between screen proofs and final prints.
Screen proofs are displayed in RGB colour, while final prints use CMYK colour, which may result in noticeable differences. Variations can also occur between different printers and media, and even between print runs from the same printer.
Vows and Visions are not responsible for colour variations between proofs and final printed products.
Loss or Damage
Once your order is dispatched, Vows and Visions is not liable for any damage or loss during transit. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure safe delivery and provide a tracking number on the day of dispatch for your convenience.
